We receive, collect and store personally identifiable information including name, email, communications comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile that you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address to process the transaction and send the product to you.
When you contact us for a commission inquiry through our contact form, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, email address and phone number to reply to your inquiry.
How do we store the information we collect?
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Warranties, Terms and Conditions
For built in furniture and shelving completed on site, we guarantee our work and product for 6 months.
For carvings, (exterior and interior) we do not provide any warranties, but if there are any defects within the first 6 months, we will strive to remediate the issue.
Terms and Conditions:
Items purchased from our on-line store may be picked up at our showroom space at 101-1000 Parker St. Vancouver, BC. We offer free shipping within Vancouver for large items and this is indicated in the on-line item description. Because most of our furniture or carving art from Toso Wood Works are unique, clients may contact us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at 1-778-855-7247 so we are able to personally assist you with your request.
For bespoke, one of a kind items, we are unable to offer refunds.
For bespoke, one of a kind items, we are unable to offer returns. We offer insurance for shipped items for the full value of the item and will work with a purchaser if damage occurs.
Cancellations can proceed if we are contacted before the product is shipped, or before shipping costs (example – crating and packaging) has occurred.
Our process for commissioned pieces is to discuss the initial concept with the client, provide a sketch of the item if requested, and agree on materials, cost and timeline before proceeding. We strive to provide our clients with pieces that fulfill the vision that is conveyed to us.
For commissioned pieces that require deposits, the deposits are non-refundable.
